STARSurveys combines web, phone, and fax response mediums. Combining web, phone and fax completely eliminates paper and pencil surveys. Not everyone has internet access. Includes IVR technology

STARSurveys includes Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) technology. Automated phone technology allows you to interact with a computer using your telephone touch pad instead of a computer keyboard. Your survey is professionally recorded, and then "attached" to one of our toll-free telephone numbers. Employees call that toll-free number to listen to the questions. They enter their responses by pressing the keys on the phone. These responses are collected in a database just as if they had been entered via a computer keypad.
