One client wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey and test three different incentives. STAR produced three distinct invitations, purchased the various incentives, created the packets participants would receive, and then produced and mailed all the packets. Another client wanted to provide a prize for every 100th caller to the survey. STARSurveys captured the names and mailing information of each 100th caller and STAR shipped the appropriate prize.
